**Aloo Paratha:**
**For the Dough:**
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- Water (as needed)
- Salt (to taste)
- Ghee or oil (for cooking)
**For the Potato Filling:**
- 3-4 medium-sized potatoes, boiled and mashed
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1-2 green chilies, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
- Fresh coriander leaves, chopped
- Salt to taste
**Instructions:**
**For the Dough:**
1. In a bowl, combine whole wheat flour, salt, and water to make a soft dough. Knead well and let it rest for 15-20 minutes.
**For the Potato Filling:**
1. In a mixing bowl, combine mashed potatoes, chopped onions, green chilies, grated ginger, cumin seeds, red chili powder, garam masala, fresh coriander leaves, and salt. Mix well.
**Assembly:**
1. Take a small portion of the dough and roll it into a ball.

4. Flip again and apply ghee or oil on the other side. Cook until both sides are golden brown.
