Ingredients:
- 2 cups full-fat milk powder
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup ghee (clarified butter)
- 1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder

Instructions:
1. **Cook Milk Powder:**
- In a pan, heat ghee on medium heat. Add milk powder and roast it on low heat until it turns light golden brown. Keep stirring to avoid burning.
