For Little Millet Idly:

Ingredients:
- 1 cup Little Millet
- 1/2 cup Urad Dal (black gram)
- Salt to taste

Instructions:
1. Wash and soak little millet and urad dal separately for at least 4-6 hours.

2. Grind urad dal to a smooth batter. Transfer it to a bowl.

3. Grind little millet separately to a smooth consistency. Mix it with the urad dal batter.

4. Add salt and mix well. Allow the batter to ferment overnight or for around 8 hours.

5. Grease idly molds with a little oil. Pour the batter into each mold.

6. Steam the idlis for about 10-15 minutes until they are cooked through.

7. Once done, let them cool slightly, then remove from the molds.

Serve these nutritious little millet idlis with your favorite chutney or sambar. Enjoy your healthy meal!
