**Methi Keema Mutton:**
**Ingredients:**
- 500g minced mutton (keema)
- 250g mutton pieces
- 1 cup fresh fenugreek leaves (methi), washed and chopped
- 2 onions, finely chopped
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 1/4 cup yogurt
- 2 tablespoons ginger-garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder (adjust to taste)
- Salt to taste
- Oil or ghee for cooking
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
**Instructions:**
1. Heat oil or ghee in a pot. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
2. Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
3. Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté until the raw smell disappears.
4. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they become soft.
5. Add coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Cook the spices for a couple of minutes.
