- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder

- Oil or ghee for cooking

**Instructions:**
1. Heat oil or ghee in a pot. Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
2. Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté until the raw smell disappears.
3. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they become soft.
4. Add cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Cook the spices for a couple of minutes.
5. Add the pieces of lamb or mutton. Brown them on all sides.
6. Beat yogurt and add it to the pot. Mix well and cook until the oil separates.

8. Add water, cover the pot, and simmer until the meat is tender.
