Ingredients:
- 2 cups spinach leaves, washed and chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1-inch ginger, grated

- 4 cups vegetable or chicken broth
- 1/2 cup milk or cream
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
1. In a pan, sauté onions, garlic, and ginger in butter or oil until onions are translucent.
