cheese dosa

Cheese dosa is another delightful variation of the traditional dosa, where grated cheese is used as a filling or topping. Here's how you can make it:

Ingredients:
- Dosa batter (made from rice and urad dal)
- Grated cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or any cheese of your choice)
- Finely chopped onions
- Finely chopped green chilies (optional, for spice)
- Finely chopped coriander leaves
- Salt to taste
- Oil or ghee for cooking

Instructions:
1. Heat a non-stick dosa tawa (griddle) on medium heat.
2. Take a ladleful of dosa batter and spread it evenly on the tawa to make a thin dosa.
3. Drizzle some oil or ghee around the edges of the dosa.
4. Sprinkle some finely chopped onions, green chilies (if using), and coriander leaves evenly over the dosa.
5. Spread a generous amount of grated cheese evenly over the dosa.
6. Press the cheese lightly into the dosa so that it sticks.
7. Let the dosa cook until the bottom turns golden brown and crispy.
8. Carefully fold the dosa in half or roll it up.
9. Serve hot with chutney and sambar or your favorite accompaniments.

Adjust the quantities of ingredients according to your taste preferences, and enjoy the deliciousness of cheese dosa!
