Ingredients for Nasi Padang:
1. Steamed Rice:
- Jasmine rice or any long-grain rice
2. Beef Rendang:
- 500 grams beef (cuts suitable for stewing), sliced into chunks
- 400 ml coconut milk
- 2-3 kaffir lime leaves
- 1 lemongrass stalk, bruised
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 2 tablespoons oil

3. Ayam Goreng (Fried Chicken):
- 500 grams chicken pieces (drumsticks, thighs, or breast)
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder

4. Sayur Nangka (Young Jackfruit Curry):
- 400 grams young jackfruit (canned or fresh), cut into bite-sized pieces
- 200 ml coconut milk
- 1 onion, sliced
