Cappuccino Orange

Cappuccino Orange is a delightful variation of the classic cappuccino, infused with the bright and refreshing flavor of orange. Here's a recipe to make Cappuccino Orange at home:

Ingredients:

  • 1 shot of espresso (about 1.5 ounces)
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • 1 tablespoon of orange zest (finely grated)
  • 1 tablespoon of granulated sugar (adjust to taste)
  • Whipped cream (optional, for topping)
  • Orange zest or chocolate shavings (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Brew a shot of espresso using your preferred method. If you have an espresso machine, use it to make a single shot of espresso. If not, you can use a stovetop espresso maker or a French press to make strong coffee.

  2. While the espresso is brewing, heat the milk in a small saucepan over medium heat until it's warm but not boiling.

  3. Stir in the finely grated orange zest and granulated sugar into the milk until the sugar is fully dissolved and the orange zest is infused into the milk.

  4. Once the milk is warm and infused with orange flavor, remove it from the heat.

  5. Froth the orange-infused milk using a milk frother, steam wand on an espresso machine, or by vigorously whisking it until frothy.

  6. Pour the freshly brewed espresso into a preheated cup or mug.

  7. Gently pour the frothed orange-infused milk over the espresso, holding back the foam with a spoon to allow the creamy milk to pour first.

  8. Spoon any remaining foam on top of the Cappuccino Orange.

  9. Optionally, top the Cappuccino
