Flourless Oatmeal Blueberry Pancakes
These pancakes are a healthy and delicious alternative to traditional pancakes.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup ground flaxseed
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
Instructions:
- Combine dry ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together the rolled oats, ground flaxseed, almond flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Combine wet ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, almond milk, and egg.
