Instructions:
1. Cook the vegetable, fish, or meat thoroughly and let it cool.
2. Mash the cooked ingredient using a fork or a traditional utensil called "ukli."
3. Add finely chopped red onion and green chilies to the mashed mixture.
4. Mix in mustard paste according to your taste preferences. It adds a distinctive flavor.
