Ground nut chutney

Here's a simple and delicious Groundnut Chutney recipe:

1. **Ingredients:**
   - 1 cup roasted peanuts (groundnuts)
   - 2-3 green chilies
   - 1/2 cup grated coconut
   - 1 small piece of tamarind
   - Salt to taste
   - Water as needed

2. **Preparation:**
   - If the peanuts are not roasted, dry roast them until they turn golden brown.

3. **Grinding:**
   - In a blender, combine roasted peanuts, green chilies, grated coconut, tamarind, and salt. Add a little water.

4. **Blending:**
   - Blend the ingredients into a coarse or smooth paste, depending on your preference.

5. **Tempering (Optional):**
   - Heat a little oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, urad dal, curry leaves, and a pinch of asafoetida. Pour this tempering over the chutney.

6. **Serve:**
   - Mix well and serve the groundnut chutney with dosa, idli, or any South Indian dish.
