Tsunga, also known as mustard greens, is a popular vegetable in Zimbabwean cuisine. Here's a basic recipe for Tsunga:
Ingredients:
- Tsunga (mustard greens), cleaned and chopped
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. In a pan, heat vegetable oil over medium heat.
2. Add chopped onions and sauté until they become translucent.
3. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
4. Stir in diced tomatoes and cook until they soften.
5. Add the chopped Tsunga to the pan and sauté until the greens are tender.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
