Very Berry Blueberry Smoothie

This refreshing and nutritious smoothie is packed with antioxidants and flavor.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey (or to taste)
  • A handful of ice cubes

Instructions:

  1. Combine ingredients: In a blender, combine the blueberries, banana, Greek yogurt, milk, honey, and ice cubes.
  2. Blend: Blend until smooth and creamy.

For a thicker smoothie:
